Emitir una ley donde todo aquel que se capture en flagrancia no sea necesario que la Fiscalía tenga demasiado tiempo para que sea condenado por un juez. 4. Realizar campañas de llamados a las pandillas para que entiendan que las personas inocentes no deben ser dañadas porque así lo manda Dios. 5. Cada vez que sale en televisión el presidente inspira confianza y seguridad. Debería hacerlo más seguido y el pueblo sienta que está preocupado por combatir la delincuencia antes que la oposición lo juzgue con colores partidarios. 6. En conjunto, partidos políticos, empresa privada, sector informal, gremiales y pueblo con el presidente combatan la delincuencia sin andar queriendo ganar honores individuales.
