Comprende las buenas prácticas que una empresa puede tener para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas en la sociedad

El Club Rotario está ejecutando el Programa Responde, en coordinación con la empresa privada, con el que pretender brindar apoyo a actividades y proyectos de algunas alcaldías a nivel nacional y promover la conciencia social de empleados de la empresa privada.
Este sábado empleados de un banco se dedicaron a pintar las aceras del parque San Martín, de Santa Tecla, como parte de estas actividades que impulsa el Club Rotario.
Con el Programa Responde algunas empresas han colaborado actividades ecológicas, como la liberación de tortugas, además colaboran en programas de salud, educación y reforestación.
Jaime González, director ejecutivo del Programa del Club Rotario, explica que ellos son el enlace entre las alcaldías y la empresa privada, mediante el cual se conoce las necesidades y los proyectos que están por ejecutar las comunas para colaborar en su desarrollo.
Agrega que estas actividades pretenden un mayor acercamiento a las comunidades y que se formen lazos de unidad y de trabajo en equipo entre los empleados de las empresas.
La responsabilidad social de una empresa comprende las buenas prácticas y compromisos que la empresa pueda asumir para mejorar la calidad de vida, no solo de sus empleados, sino también de las comunidades y personas que le rodean.
